BridgeWay Station is bringing a taste of Charleston to its restaurant lineup with the addition of Poogan’s Southern Kitchen.
Occupying a 6,000-sqft space in the new development, Poogan’s will offer features like private dining, bar seating, and a 500-sqft, pet-friendly outdoor dining space (but that was a given, just look at its logo). 🐶
If you didn’t already know, BridgeWay Station is a multi-phase, mixed-use development by the Upstate’s Hughes Investments, Inc. that broke ground last April with an estimated construction time of 18 months.
Located in Mauldin (south of Butler Road + along I-385 off of exit 33), the development’s first phase includes roughly five acres of parks that connect to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and more than 460,000 sqft of space that will house:
- retail
- residential units
- offices
- institutional development
- public space (think: outdoor plaza)
