We’ve all been told at some point that we need to eat more veggies — and thanks to the growing popularity of vegan and vegetarian diets, it’s now easier than ever to actually do it. Here in GVL, a number of restaurants + vendors have opened up that are 100% meat-free. Meat lovers — don’t run away just yet. To prove that plant-based meals aren’t a big mis-steak, we put together a list of 15 spots for both seasoned vegans + veggie-curious carnivores. |

Editor’s Pick: It’s been a big week in my house. We welcomed home a new dog, a 2-year-old Alaskan Malamute named Tucker. We’re working to get him trained up quickly so we can meet up with City Editor Kyle + her good boy Pinto to enjoy some summer days at GVL’s dog-friendly destinations. We hope to see you there soon. 🐾
